Majalise Tolan:
Majalise Tolan has been an energetic and proactive educator for twenty years. She was a high school teacher, coach and activity director and began her administrative career as a high school assistant principal and athletic director. She has also served as an intermediate principal, middle school principal, and high school principal. She was the Secondary Teaching and Learning Administrator for the Lincoln County School District, overseeing curriculum and instruction, AVID, athletics, career and technical education, and the Title VI Bureau of Indian Education Program for five secondary schools before becoming Secondary Director. She currently serves as the superintendent of the Lincoln County School District. She currently serves as the President-Elect for the Oregon Coalition of School Administrators and co-authored She Leads: The Women’s Guide to a Career in Educational Leadership. Majalise lives in Oregon with her husband, four kids, two dogs, two cats, and spends as much time as possible walking on the beach.
